How does a spreadsheet map onto PDF pages?

Each sheet in your workbook becomes its own page (or pages, if a sheet is too wide/tall to fit one), in the order the sheets appear in the file.

Will my cell formatting and colors show up?

Yes — fonts, cell borders, fill colors, and number formatting are all rendered as they appear in Excel.

What about very wide sheets with many columns?

Wide sheets scale down to fit the page width rather than getting cut off, so all columns stay visible on the printed page.
